Access to the property is from a dirt and gravel road that traverses through the Chapman Tract which adjoins the northwest end of the Davis Tract. Additionally, there are multiple timber harvest roads that provide ATV or hiking access throughout the tract. The tract also has the opportunity to provide future income through the harvesting of timber. The current timber inventory shows approximately 417,900 bd.ft. of timber volume. The most prevalent tree species found on the tract are red maple, chestnut oak, sugar maple, red oak, and tulip (yellow) poplar.

From Elkins travel south on US Route 219 and 250 towards Beverly, WV. Turn left onto Kings Run Road, county route 24 and travel 2.1 miles. Turn left onto Boltz Drive; which is a gravel road. There is no road sign at the intersection of Kings Run Road and Boltz Drive; however, there is an AFM Land Sales directional sign located at the intersection. Travel approximately 1.7 miles on Boltz Drive, staying left at the fork in the road going through two gates and traveling through the Chapman Tract. The first gate is unlocked but stays closed and the second gate is locked. Contact me for details about access through the second gate. The property begins at the top of the mountain where the road ends. The property is approximately 9 miles from downtown Elkins, WV.
