This property features a 2200 square foot home with 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. There are 3 bedrooms on one end of the home with two bathrooms. One bedroom has a private bathroom. The other two rooms are across the hall from the public bathroom. The living room is very spacious with beautiful windows and a wood burning fireplace. There are over 2 miles of buried water lines throughout the property. The property features one well with a 20 gpm 3 hp pump. The well is a very good well. We have tested it at max capacity and it did not lower the water table at all. There are two pump houses and water storage tanks.
There are 18 separate pens all connecting an alley for moving the deer to the handling facility. Each pen has protein feeders. The layout of the pens has been professionally designed to work deer and exotics and we have had very good success with the system. The deer are all out of well known sires like Maxbo, Express, Monarch I, Gladiator, Gladiator's Hammer, Blue Chip, Sudden Express, Gladiator XL, Tebow, Midnight Express, Cactus Jr., and King Pin. Our breeder buck "He-Man" will also be sold with the herd of whitetail deer. He-Man is 34" wide and scores 350" est. There are 6 bottle fed fawns and 9 mature does. Research Parcel InformationFrom Rocksprings, TX you go west on HWY 55 about 4 miles to FM 2995. Turn north on FM 2995 and go about 2.5 miles. You will drive past the "White Stone Ranch" about 1/4 of a mile and there is a 4' gate on the left. Go through this gate about one mile and the gate to the Ranch is on the right. It is the only high fenced ranch past the 4' gate.
