There is an existing four-wheel drive road traversing the property that provides excellent access through the tract. The tract also has the opportunity to provide current and future income through the harvesting of timber. The current timber inventory shows approximately 839,700 bd.ft. of timber volume. The most prevalent tree species found on the tract are sugar maple, red oak, chestnut oak, tulip (yellow) poplar, and red maple.

From Elkins travel south on US Route 219 and 250 towards Beverly, WV. Turn left onto Kings Run Road, county route 24 and travel 2.1 miles. Turn left onto Boltz Drive; which is a gravel road. There is no road sign at the intersection of Kings Run Road and Boltz Drive; however, there is an AFM Land Sales directional sign located at the intersection. Travel approximately 0.7 miles on Boltz Drive, staying left at the fork in the road. The property begins and is located on both sides of Boltz Drive just before the first gate. There are two gates on the road that goes through the tract. The first gate is unlocked but stays closed and the second gate is locked. Contact me for details about access through the second gate. AFM Land Sales signs are located on both sides of the road at the first gate. The property is approximately 7 miles from downtown Elkins, WV.
