Very nice ranch with 153 +/- acres in Brown County, just outside the small town of May.....This Ranch is a jewel with some of the most awesome oak trees you will every see, both live oak and post oak, some of these trees are centuries old!! Ranch has everything you could possibly want. Surrounded by the May mountain range, it has small wet weather creek on one end, mesquite flats that hold lots of deer and one good field that is not far from being able to plant again. Post oaks, scattered live oaks, elms, hackberry, and Spanish oaks provide excellent cover for the abundant wildlife. Hunting is very good on the ranch with plenty of deer, turkey, dove, and varmints. Do not let the Google view fool you into thinking this place is mostly open, The Mesquite trees dont show up as well as the big oaks, and this ranch needs to be seen to be appreciated.
