Bidders will have the option to bid on the individual tracts or the entirety. When all bidding ceases whichever total bid price amount is the highest (whether in tracts or as an entirety), that is how it will sell. This auction will be sold by the acre. The buyer will be bidding on the price of one acre, once bidding ends the price by acre will be multiplied by the total number of acres in the tract to determine the bid price. There will be a 10% buyers premium added to the final bid amount to determine the total sales price.
