Possession: Possession of the home & acreage is to be given upon payment in full of the purchase price & transfer of title, subject to the mo. to mo. rental agreement. Possession of the cropland is to be given upon payment in full of the purchase price and transfer of title, subject to the existing agricultural lease which expires after the completion of the harvest of the 2011-2012 wheat crop or July 1, 2012, whichever is later. Rent for Home: The mo. to mo. rental payments are $150.00 per mo. Seller shall retain all rental payments due and payable through the month of closing. Buyer shall be entitled to any rental payment due and payable beginning the month following closing.
