The tower in the NW corner is currently leased and operated by Public Service Company of Oklahoma of Tulsa, OK. All damages and lease money was paid at the time the tower was built. There is no additional revenue being paid. The tower in the SE corner has no current lease and is operated by Hudson Technology Solutions, Inc. of Weatherford, OK. Any future leases for this tower will need be negotiated by the Buyer.
