Lynch Creek runs along the entire north boundary of the ranch for 1734 feet and empties into the Colorado River. The creek is extremely scenic. Massive and long stretches of solid limestone form the banks and creek bed and create high rock bluffs all along the creek. The water has carved out some great swimming holes too! Ancient fos-sils can be found embedded in the limestone, causing the inner explorer to come alive in anybody who experiences it.

About one-half of the ranch consists of very productive bottomland with native and improved grasses.
