Auctioneers Statement

This 160+/- acre farm is irrigated and has great potential for a center pivot. The farm currently has 91.45 acres of very productive cultivated land and the remaining (60 +/-) acres is in grass and wooded areas. The FSA records indicate a wheat base of 55.7 acres and an average yield of 30 Bu./A.; a grain sorghum base of 26.7 acres and an average yield of 39 Bu./A. and a 6.5 acre peanut base with an average yield 2968 Lbs./A.

The water is supplied by a 6 turbine pump with a 60 HP. gear head. There is underground electric to the starter panel for the electric motor. This system was set up for a horizontal shaft electric motor but there is currently no motor in place. This farm also has a domestic water well with a submergible pump and stock tank.
