F.S.A., there are approx. 82.68 acres of cropland with a 77.3 wheat base and 34 bushels per acre yield. Principal soil types of the cropland are Meno loamy fine sand Class III; Lovedale fine sandy loam Class II; and Nobscot fine sand Class IV. The balance of the land is in native blackjack timber and grass providing outstanding wildlife habitats, shelter for livestock, and excellent rural home sites.
