Mineral Rights: All of the Seller's interest will transfer to the Buyer at closing.
Crops: The seller will retain the 2008 growing wheat crop. There is cash lease back available.
Possession: Possession will be the date of the closing on the improvement and grassland acres and after the 2008 wheat harvest on the planted wheat acres.
Real Estate Taxes: Seller will pay taxes for all of 2007 and prior years. Taxes for 2008 will be prorated to the date of closing.
