TERMS: The Seller requires 10% down day of sale with the balance to be due on or before February 12, 2018. The Buyer and Seller to equally split the title insurance and closing costs. Bidding is not contingent upon financing. Financing, if necessary, needs to be arranged and approved prior to the auction. The property is to be sold as is.
