MINERAL RIGHTS: All of the Sellers’ interest will transfer to the Buyer at closing. Minerals are believed to be 100% intact.
CROPS: Tenant will retain all the 2009 crops under the current cash lease agreement and Buyer will receive the 2nd half of the 2009 cash lease payment in the amount of $4,250. The wheat stubble in the corners have been sprayed.
