Minerals: Selling surface rights only

Pre-Auction Offers: pre-auction offers will be accepted on or by June 11th 3:00PM CST. If an offer is accepted by this time, then the auction will be cancelled. Pre-auction offers must follow the auction guidelines and terms.

Previewing the farm: can be done on your own during daylight hours only

Internet Bidding: will be available by clicking online bidding link to register. Neither the Seller nor the Auction Company is responsible in the event of loss of internet signal by either side.

Buyers Premium: There will be a 2% buyers premium added to the high bid to make the total purchase price.

Terms: 10% of the total purchase price is to be placed in escrow with the balance being due upon delivery of marketable title. Cooperative Compensation Supplement will be submitted to the seller if received within 48 hours or 2-busness days prior to the auction date. No agreements will be entertained day of the auction.
