Terms & General Information

Online Bidding: Live simulcast internet bidding will be available in addition to the live auction. All bidders must register at least 48 hours prior to the auction. Competitive online bidding opens Wednesday December 17, 2025, at 8:00 AM and closes Thursday December 18, 2025, at the conclusion of the live auction.

Contract & Title: Immediately following the auction, the successful bidder(s) will sign a real estate purchase agreement and deposit the required earnest money with the title company selected by the Seller.
