160+/- Farm Land

This 160 +/- acres currently consists of row crop farm land. The sand consists of a lighter soil which is beneficial to grow cotton and/or grain sorghum. There is a current base payment on the acreage. An old rice well is located on the property but it has not been used for many years. The acreage could easily be turned into pasture land. North side currently has perimeter fencing. A pipeline crosses the bottom half of the property.
