Terrain: The JL Ranch offers great hunting of all kinds with the advantages of being private with good access, but no road frontage as well as income producing farmland that also acts as a wildlife magnet. A wet weather creek winds through the edge of the property offering the wildlife a nearby water source and a bedding area. There are some thick areas of mesquite and hackberry scattered throughout the ranch that provide excellent cover to hunt the wheat fields.
