It features merchantable pine timber, younger pre-merchantable timber, with the cutover areas shown having been replanted in loblolly pine in early 2018. The tract is accessed by taking Highway 41 south of Camden to Sedan, and then going southeast on County Road 12 to a gravel road which leads to the property.
