In normal years the property maintains it's lake level as well as green timber areas. Unlimited water is available if desired. All season road to the lake and cabin. The cabin has septic for toilet. propane for heat, shallow well for cabin water, a kitchen and living room. The cabin can sleep six plus a couple of kids. A large storage container secures decoys and equipment.
The two people responsible for the planning and managing of this one of a kind total hunting package are Preston Williams (deceased) and David Wells. Both are in the Waterfowl Hall of Fame. Preston Williams previously served as the National President of Ducks Unlimited. Preston Williams and David Wells have both been Greater Kansas City DU Conservationalist of the Year. Wells was also Director of DU National Wildlife Art Show.
