This is a beautiful property containing approximately 17 wooded acres just outside of Marion, Louisiana in north Union Parish. The house is a 1630 +/- HSF log cabin model built in 1989. It has 3 bedrooms / 2 baths, stone floors, wrap-around porch, tin-top roof, and a 2 car carport. The septic system and central HVAC are new. Though most of the property is wooded, there is a large, open yard around the house. The property sits well off of the road. There are deer and a nice pond on the property.
Deer and turkey can be (and have been!) hunted on the property since the game comes in from surrounding timber company land.
You'll just be 15 minutes from Farmerville and 25 minutes from north Monroe. It's nice, folks!
Could be used for a nice deer camp for one of the many hunting clubs in the area.
