Bids must be either mailed, faxed, or hand delivered to be considered, telephone bids will not be accepted.
The owner reserves the right to review all bids at Bid Opening and give notice of acceptance or rejection of bids within ninety-six (96) hours of bid opening.
The successful purchasers will be asked to sign the Seller's Real Estate Purchase Agreement on sale day and make an earnest money deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of the contract price. The Purchaser will pay the balance with a bank cashiers check at a closing to be held within thirty (30) days of bid acceptance. If bid is rejected, the earnest money check will be returned to the bidder. The Seller will be responsible for Georgia State transfer tax. The 2007 property taxes and any government program payments will be prorated at closing. Survey and all other cost will be the responsibility of the Purchaser.
