LOCATION: The ranch is located approximately 19 miles north of Hondo just south of the Medina County and Bandera County line off Private Road 2412. The entire ranch is in Medina County, Texas.

WATER: There is one water well equipped with a submergible pump and believed to be an Edwards well.
TERRAIN: The terrain varies from high elevations on the northern and eastern side of the ranch with lower elevations on the southern and western side. The elevations range from about 1,540 to 1,380. There is a good balance of brush covering almost all of the property with some clearing of cedar in areas. Timber consists of live oaks and cedar with the grasses consisting of curly mesquite and others native to the area.
