Location: The Three Creeks Tract is located southeast of the Three Creeks Community and is described as the NE of the NE of Section 33; the N of the NW , the SE of the NW , and the N of the NE of the SW of Section 34, all in Township 19 North, Range 17 West containing a total of 180 acres, more or less, located in Union County, Arkansas.

Property Descriptions: Timber on the property consists of natural bottomland hardwood timber, 9 year old mixed pine and hardwood reproduction, and 13 year old natural pine timber. Three Creeks which runs through the west and south end of the property offers excellent hunting opportunities. The soils are poorly to moderately well-drained and are well-suited for loblolly pine production. The average native site index of the soils is 90 feet (Base Age 50) per the NRCS Web Soil Survey. Kingwood Forestry Services, Inc. conducted a timber cruise in April 2016. Eighty-seven 10 BAF prism plots were taken on cruise lines running east and west. All timber was tallied in 1 diameter class by species and product. Reproduction (RP) is shown in the individual stand reports. The timber volumes are as follows:
