Northern Duval Co. hunting ranch. 189 acres. Long time family / small corporate ownership. No leasing or commercial hunting only family and guests for 38 years. Great brush. It appears that a long time ago there was some clearing. It has long since reclaimed but the result is a nice recovery of native brush that's not so thick you can't see to hunt. There is no oilfield present. Only one pipeline on the south boundary fence. The tract is part of a larger tract on the south side of Co. Rd. 407. Very little traffic. This tract can be bought alone or together for a total of 658 acres more or less.

The tract is pretty raw. Very minimal roads. There is a small tank in a draw. It has some depth as is but there is way more potential there.

Deer Turkey Hogs Dove Quail were all seen on my last trip. This appears to be a nice hunting tract.
