This tract consists of 191 ML acres of river bottom ground. It is currently in native grass but is tillable and could be used for farming. There is one large haybarn that is in good shape. This tract is located approximatly 1 1/2 miles south of U.S. 166. It is easily accessible from county road 30, but also contains an easement from U.S. 166.
