192 Acres Quitaque

This 192 acres has in the past, served as a very nice dry land farm such as cotton, and hay grazer. This tract of land has recently been planted back to a native grass. There are two areas on the property that have cover/brush that serve a good home for the wildlife. The water well has approximately 72 feet of water in the hole and has a solar mill rigged for a stock tub for potential livestock. It also has a brand new 5 wire barbed wire fence around the perimeter of the property.

The wildlife are plentiful as shown In pictures. There are a majority of white tail deer with an occasional mule deer. There are also plenty of wild hogs, quail (bob whites), coyotes, bobcats etc.
