Water:
This ranch has a valuable commodity that many do not have but need in this time of drought an irrigation well. The well is an estimated 340deep, it has 8" casing, and water comes up to 60. The 8 stage 6" turbine is set at 120 and pumps approximately 60 gallons per minute. The irrigation well is run by a Detroit 253 two cylinder diesel engine that is very efficient at .75 gallons/hour. A Detroit 371 with a 5 turbine is connected to the 6" mainline and will pump 600 gallons per minute out of the irrigation tank. The irrigation equipment included in the sale consists of approximately 1000 of 6" mainline, 1200 of 5" mainline, 1200 of 4" pipe with risers and a 1250 sideroll.
