Historic Arrowhead Ranch is filled with wildlife and provides a prime habitat to grow large whitetail deer and support a healthy quail population. The ranch owners maintained a Whitetail deer breeding operation for 8 years that improved the genetics of the population. Along with whitetail deer and quail there are turkey, dove, javalina, Oryx, Axis Deer and Black Buck Antelope. This ranch has a great diversity of brush species including a strong stand of Buffel grass in certain areas of the ranch which offers prime grazing for cattle.
There is a large main entrance with a paved road that the tract owner will have access to. There are more than 10 established ponds that have well lines running to each one and multiple cattle troughs. The perimeter fence is high fenced. There will be reasonable restrictions and a Road Maintenance Agreement to insure infrastructure upkeep. **OWNER FINANCING & ADDITIONAL ACREAGE IS AVAILABLE**
Arrowhead Ranch is located 4 miles to the north of the FM 490 & FM 681 intersection. Please call for more detailed driving directions.
