From Brenham take Hwy 36S past Walmart and Lowes to FM 109 and turn right. Travel approx. 19 miles through Industry to New Ulm. Follow the main road to Lot 9 with the Coldwell Banker Properties Unlimited Sign. From Houston, take I-10 west 9 miles past Sealy.
