Location/Access: The Potts Ranch is located in the northwest-quadrant of Garza County, being approximately 30 miles southeast of Lubbock, Texas. Access is excellent, being by paved FM 211 which adjoins the south side of the property for approximately 2 miles.

Acres: 2,036.443 acres, more or less.

Terrain: The terrain is diverse, ranging from scenic creek bottoms to rough and broken elevated ridges.

Water: One of the unique features of this ranch is the significant amount of surface water. Two large lakes, several smaller ponds and a spring are scattered throughout the ranch. Additionally, the owner has drilled several good water wells which will supply an additional source of livestock drinking water, if needed.

Hunting: Populations of deer, turkey and quail are common in the more protected areas of the ranch.
