Turn north on Norwood Ave. Turn right on Bell Ave. Turn left on Rio Linda Blvd. The address is 4446 Rio Linda Blvd. The parcel is on the right next to the house. The parcel cannot be accessed off of Rio Linda. To see the access to the parcel continue east on Bell Ave. Turn north on May St. The driveway is shown in the aerial map. Even though this driveway is the legal access to the parcel, you cannot drive on it now because it has been plowed and it is loose dirt. So park there and walk in. Or do what I did and park in a different location, in the housing development across the bike trail on Franye off of Rio Linda. Walk across Rio Linda, along the bike trail, to the parcel.
