This is a great area if you are cross-country skier or mountain biker, as you can access those trails directly from this subdivision. Views of a large farm and unspoiled mts. Water/wastewater permits are in place. It is located on a dead-end, town-maintained road off Pinkham Road approximately 2 miles from the ski lifts at Burke Mountain.
