Four sections about 10 miles north of Big Lake, Texas on the west side of Hwy 137. This ranch has three water wells, and level to rolling terrain. There is good wildlife population, and mesquite brush across much of the ranch.

Acreage: Ranch has a cover of mostly mesquite brush. Fences are new on the south boundary. Other fences are in average condition.

Terrain: Fairly level to slightly sloping terrain. Some of the land could be suitable for farming.

Water: Water is provided by three water wells. The wells have submergible pumps. There is very good well water in the area at 400' to 500'.

Improvements: No improvements.

Recreation: Good deer hunting, the ranch has been protein fed for several years. Hunting blinds and feeder stay with property.
