This farm is one contiguous tract. The high percentage of base acres makes it well suited for cotton and rice production. Over 90% of the tillable acres can be irrigated from surface water and existing wells. The property line extends to the center of Silver Lake, a natural oxbow lake well known in the area for its crappie fishing. A siphon pump and underground pipe move water from the Arkansas River to the lake, which allows the water level to be maintained while providing plenty of water for irrigation. Fishing in the lake is restricted to members and guests only. A cypress break on the east side of the property provides excellent duck hunting.
