The 211.2 acres of viticultural crops include Merlot wine grapes (92.9 acres-44% of planted vineyard), Chardonnay wine grapes (118.3 acres-56%).

Remainder of irrigated cropland is circle-irrigated row crop land, approximately 715 acres. Balance of property is building sites, and 1,265.62 acres of roads and waste land.
