This ranch is part of the Old Chittim Ranch. This is the first time this property has been on the market in approximately 100 years. The property is located on the north side of Highway 277 about 14 miles east of Eagle Pass, Texas. It is a typical South Texas Brush Country ranch with scattered to heavy brush cover. The ranch consists of clay loam soils of the Copita, La Pryor, Catarina, and Zapata Associations. There are four stock tanks on the ranch that provide water to wildlife and livestock.
