The 4 bedroom Home features split bedroom arrangement, 2 full bath,kitchen with spot for dishwasher, stove and refrigerator. You will have to get your own appliances. This home is a bank-owned property. The overall structure is sound; however it does need some TLC;like most bank-owned properties. The current condition and missing appliances were considered at the pricing of this property. This home offers an inviting front porch. The porch is solid; however, the front 3 steps have to be replaced. You will enter into a good size living room with laminated floors. The walls have to be primed and painted since the previous Owner was a smoker. It is a "cosmetical change"! From there to the left is a bedroom with full bath and to the right down the hallway are 3 more bedrooms and another full bath. The carpets are in good condition; walls have to be painted. In the kitchen is a good size dining area with a wonderful view to the mountain in the back. The vinyl floor has to be replaced; there are torn spots. Off the kitchen is a utility room with back door entrance to the yard. Ideal for leaving your muddy shoes right there when you come in. There are 2 smaller spots in the floor which need to be replaced with sub-flooring. Since I do many of my home improvement projects myself, including sub-floor, paint, molding,paint, etc. I believe it may take one sheet of sub-floor cut into 2 pieces to take care of those 2 spots. All closets and corners of the home have no visible evidence of settling. In one bedroom need some ceiling repair done. One to two sheets of sheetrock will be sufficient to do the job. The roof is a composition roof and appears to be one layer of shingles. I checked with the neighbor to find a bit more out about it and he said the roof was replaced just a few years ago due storm damage. The home has central air & heat. The outside unit seem to be ok; furnace unit need to be checked by a heat & air service provider. However, the overall condition is actually good; most of the things needing attention are easy things to do with exemption of the central heating unit. The floor is beam floor and I observed no soft spots through the entire house. With a bit of effort, this house would be simply a cute house.
