This peaceful property sits just 1.5 miles south of the Petrified Forest and is surrounded by public lands, giving wide-open views and the serenity you need.
The terrain is mostly level to gently rolling with a unique canyon at the southwest corner of the property. There are several areas that would be ideal for building. This property is remote with no neighbors in sight, offering complete privacy. You can set up your homestead for the off-grid life and quickly be on the road for all of your outdoor adventures. Sanders, is just a quick drive to pick up the basics or you can head to Witch Well Tavern and With Wells Farmers Market & Swap Meet if you want some local eats.

Visiting the Property: We are not real estate agents and we actually own the properties we have for sale. We run a self-service setup which means you are welcome to go view the property on your schedule and at your leisure. We only ask that you do so during daylight hours. We have provided everything you need in the listing, including GPS coordinates of the four corners of the property and a Google Maps link so you can plug in directions to take you right to the property.
Access to the property can be done in two ways. Coming from the North by leaving I-40 at Exit 325 at the Navajo Travel Center and heading South. Or, coming from US 191 and heading West on N7230 for about 30-45 minutes.
Notes from photographer: This property, a bit off the beaten path, has great open views and differs greatly from the other parcels in terms of topography. This area is about where Apache and Navajo Counties meet, and the typical Navajo County topography is what you see: large open amber waves of tall grass and rolling hills. Just a few miles to the West/Northwest lies The Petrified Forest National Park, so the soil shows similar colorings. The land itself slopes downward from North to South and there is a small indentation or canyon forming at the SW corner, likely from snowmelt and heavy summer rains.
I have included a complete set of ACTUAL property photos. I have not visited this property and have included everything I know about it below.
