2000 Acres Walker Canyon Ranch
Once part of the legendary Matador Ranch, the Walker Canyon Ranch is now being offered for sale. LOCATION
The Walker Canyon Ranch is approximately 10 miles north of Matador, Texas on Hwy 94. Access to the property is from the south side, which runs along four and a half miles of Highway 94. The property can also be accessed from CR22 and CR239.

WATER
The ranch has an abundance of water. Six wells located throughout the ranch provide the primary source of water. Wells are 140-270 feet deep. There are also several surface ponds.
Seasonal creeks run across the ranch and a solar pump on the lake plus two storage tanks provide additional water in the pipelines. New galvanized and fiberglass troughs hold water for livestock and wildlife.
