Once part of the legendary Matador Ranch, the Walker Canyon Ranch is now being offered for sale. Note that the owner maybe willing to entertain offers for a portion of the ranch, with a minimum purchase being 2000 acres. The topography consists of large hills and gently rolling prairie; and the soil is primarily a red sandy soil loam. Mesquite flats, cedar trees and native grasslands dominate the landscape, while hardwoods offer substantial cover for wildlife. There are two good cattle working pens. Electricity enters the ranch on the southwest property line.
