Take a right on Dunkeffie Road and go about 1.4 miles in a southeasterly direction. Take a right on the county
gravel road and go for about 1.25 miles to the northwest corner of the tract. Both the northwest and southwest corners of the tract are flagged with pink Kingwood flagging and marked with a Kingwood Land For Sale sign. A gated road enters the tract off of the public
