This is a great lcoattion just off I 95 half way between Stony Creek and Jarrat Virginia. There is a potential home site or 2 but there is no soils information avaialbe. About 12 of the 21 acres was used a borrow pit for the construciton of I 95 so there is a shallow but large pond avaialbe for running your ATV though the mud or enjoy some hunting out your back door.
