Behind a locked gate is a 24 wide sand and gravel road which leads you into the heart of the property. The overall topography is flat to gently rolling which allows for easy walking. The woods are open, and visibility is great. There is an older internal road system which has been abandoned but with minimal effort could be fully restored.

Duck hunter alert: If you are a duck hunter looking to try out your calling skills, then there are plenty of opportunities for you. Mill Creek traverses through the entire property, entering the NE corner and exiting at the SW corner. Along Mill Creek, a natural pond has been formed and serves as a great water source for all wildlife including ducks.

There are multiple homesites to build on and or set up a campsite. Power and water are available at the road.

Currently there are no food plots on the property, but there are plenty of prime locations available.
