This is IT!!! This ranch has it all, water well, large stock tank that allows every type of animal the ability to drink. I have personally seen hogs, axis, dove, turkey, black buck and whitetail deer drinking from this tank. It also has a large valley on the southern portion of the parcel which allows great visibility and wonderful wildlife habitat and feed.
