14 Mile Ranch is a diversified farming operation located in Livingston, CA (Merced County). The entire 2167.7 acre ranch is contiguous and consists of an operational dairy, young almond planting and various short-term (1 yr) farm ground leases. The ranch can be broken up for sale in smaller portions. The land is well suited for a large dairy expansion (6000 cows), further orchard or vineyard development and row crops. The sandy soils and ample water supply make this a particularly desirable location for sweet potato, carrot and nursery farming. Many of the ranch' s 16 irrigation wells are interconnected and driven by variable speed electric motors. In addition to a reliable supply of ground water, the ranch has infrastructure in place to utilize surface water from Merced Irrigation District. Other improvements to the ranch include a shop, employee housing, large solar panel farm and center pivot irrigation systems.
