Great building site and just the right amount of land. The seasonal creek at the back of the property is secluded in the woods and feeds the catfish pond. The woods are not extremely thick - fantastic for a overnight camping expedition. Lots of wildlife and very secluded with easy access to Hwy 71. Priced very well - this won't last long.
