This tract is located 1.5 miles east of Pine Apple on county road 61. It borders Turkey creek on the west and Co. Rd. 61 on the south. It consists of approximately 50 acres of Hardwood and Hardwood/Pine mix, 101 acres of 22-year-old Pine Plantations, and 40 acres of Pine/Hardwood regeneration. The remaining acres consists of roads, fields, and thick areas regenerating in both Pine and Hardwood. The road system is good, with a little attention they could be excellent. Several small wildlife food plots with plenty of room to expand.
The Pine Apple area is very well known for its great hunting, recreation and timber production. This tract is one of the finest in the area. Don't let it get away.
