Tract will be sold by lump sum sealed bid on April 27, 2007 at 3 p.m. The Delisle Creek tract is located twelve miles southwest of Malvern. It is remote but accessible by woods roads through adjoining timberlands. Temporary lock can be opened with 5757 combination. Approximately forty-two acres of 1993 pine plantation and 172 acres of 1998 pine plantation. Over twenty acres of native timber has been left on both sides of Delisle Creek (a 2007 timber estimate is available upon request).
