Location: Approximately 28 miles W/NW of Menard, on FM2873

Terrain: This property has large oaks and oak thickets, as well as good grass and native brush. There are mesquite trees in places but little to no cedar. It is all under fence and has both paved and county road frontage.

Wildlife: Whitetail deer and other game.

Taxes: Agriculture exemption.

Comments: Even though this acreage has good access, it is in a secluded area and would be a great hunting tract.
