The cabin has about 625 sq. ft. of living area with a window airconditoner, a woodburning fireplace, bathroom, metal roof, ceiling fans and kitchen appliances. There are awesome views to behold from the 30’ covered porch. The cabin water is supplied from a 30+ gpm well with electric pump and is enclosed in a rock pump/storage building. There are 2 other portable storage sheds in the cabin area. Electrical service is at the cabin.

On the eastern end of the ranch there is a 2nd water well that is reported to be a strong producer. It has a pump and pressure tank and enclosed in a 10’x14’ insulated metal building. A generator (not included) is required to operate this well.

A 3rd water well is located at the west end of the property. It is reported to produce 50 gpm. There is a water storage tower and trough to supply water for the livestock and wildlife. This is a very nice area to build a home and has electrical service at the site.
