representatives, it being understood that in so doing, Broker has acted merely as a conduit for the

delivery of information between the parties to the transaction. Broker does not assume any

liability for the performance of the parties to the transaction. In accepting information provided

by Broker, the party accepting that information acknowledges and agrees the information could

be subject to error. The parties understand that they have the right to and should employ

professionals to advise them on every aspect of the transaction, and they hereby agree not to rely

on Broker for such information. The parties are not relying on any of Broker’s statements or

assertions concerning the transaction. The parties hereby agree to independently verify all

information provided with respect to the transaction. Any information, assertions, statements, or

representations that might arguably be made by Broker are recognized by the parties as mere

opinion, and the parties hereby agree that they will not rely on the mere opinion of Broker.
